About
This signature breakfast blend is made from a blend of Golden Broken Orange Pekoe and Cut-Torn-Curled Assam Teas producing a nice and strong brew with dark malty flavours. It is perfect for drinking at any time of day and can be likened to the classic English Breakfast tea. Brew tea in an infuser or teapot with freshly boiled water and allow it to steep for at least 3-4 minutes before drinking.
Uses
Brew your loose leaf tea in an infuser or teapot with freshly boiled water and allow it to steep for at least 3-4 minutes before drinking so you get the full flavour hit. Enjoy it with a touch of your favourite milk and perhaps even a little sweetener, such as a teaspoon of sugar or honey. If you want to get creative with your tea, mix this breakfast blend with cinnamon and/or cardamom to create a warming chai, or with freshly sliced lemon for something a little more refreshing. Breakfast blend tea can even be an exciting addition to homemade ice-cream and puddings, or as a subtle layer of flavour when smoking fish and meats.

I usually drink Assam for breakfast but have found this breakfast tea very good.
This is the best black tea I have ever discovered. I dream about having my cuppa in the morning and treat myself to one in the afternoon. I take it everywhere with me - it's so good it has made me become a tea snob!
